Gibbs & Dandy, and the wider Local Merchant Group, have over 30 different locations across the country which can make any updates that need to be done a very time consuming task and so sometimes get pushed down the priority list due to a busy workload, but when we brought Mirador into the business this has changed dramatically!
Having everything you need to update and manage your Google listings in one place, as well as being able to do bulk updates to multiple listings in one go has made this task so efficient and has helped us to keep the information relevant and up to date for our customers to see.
Our favourite tool is the bulk posting tool so we can put out important business updates instantly where needed, as well as being able to plan ahead using the scheduling tool to be able to add marketing offers for future promotions, without having to rush last minute to manually update each listing on the day the promotion goes live.
Being able to group our locations together in various ways as well has hugely helped our targeting with promotions as we can easily push out promotions only to branches with showrooms for example, and it is so easy to do!
Our customer service team have also enjoyed using Mirador to be able to view and respond to any reviews or complaints coming in, something which previously has been neglected due to the manual nature of having to go into each location on Google itself.
Overall, we would be lost without this tool and allows us to fully utilise Google as a channel without having to dedicate too much time to it! ... "
